Kim is a highly experienced Marine Warranty Surveyor and Biosecurity Inspector with extensive experience supporting marine, offshore, logistics, and infrastructure operations. With a strong engineering background and practical field expertise, Kim delivers specialist support across cargo inspections, marine operations, vessel assurance, and biosecurity compliance activities.
His experience includes working across complex project cargo movements, offshore operations, port environments, and high-risk logistics activities, ensuring compliance with Australian biosecurity requirements and operational standards. Kim’s practical understanding of marine operations and supply chain risk management enables effective identification and mitigation of biosecurity threats before arrival into Australia.

Lead Biosecurity Inspector / Safety Officer
Rommel is a highly experienced Biosecurity Inspector and Safety Officer with more than 15 years’ experience supporting major infrastructure, industrial, logistics, and project operations. He has worked across a broad range of high-risk environments, delivering practical biosecurity inspection, safety, and compliance support for complex projects throughout Australia.
With strong operational experience in cargo inspections, contamination control, site safety, and border clearance processes, Rommel plays a key role in ensuring compliance with Australian biosecurity and workplace safety requirements. His hands-on industry knowledge enables effective identification and management of biosecurity risks across ports, logistics chains, and project sites.
Rommel’s expertise includes biosecurity inspections, cargo and equipment assessments, contamination risk management, quarantine compliance, and operational safety oversight.
